Our Youth Leaders are essential to any program!
Volunteering as an ARIEL Youth Leader gives teens opportunities to develop personal leadership skills, take on greater responsibilities and receive valuable training. Benefits of volunteering at ARIEL include: completion of community service hours, improving communication skills, learning to work more effectively as part
of a team, developing job-readiness skills and gaining valuable resume-building experience. Volunteering at ARIEL is great preparation for future employment.

- MUST BE 13-18 YEARS OLD
- HAVE PREVIOUSLY PARTICIPATED IN AT LEAST ONE ARIEL PROGRAM
